Stayed overnight as hotel guests. The hotel is very dated. If you like old-fashioned Austria, this is the place for you. But as a 4 star hotel you should be able to inspire differently nowadays than with board-hard mattresses, no minibar and what feels like 30-year-old furnishings. The beds are much too small for people over 1.80 m. In addition, the coffee at breakfast is from a small powder machine and tastes the same. The location on the main street can also be heard on the balcony and is anything but relaxing. Oh and by the way, because we weren't even asked about it when we left ... No, we didn't like it 👎

Great hotel, stayed here for a week on a ski trip and wasn’t too far from the slopes. Food was a little salty and there isn’t much veg but that is the case everywhere in Austria! Overall a great stay with a great hotelier. They also have space to store boots and skis and they have a large room with a dance floor for any entertainment.

The entrance of the hotel beautiful maintained, with each floor there are antiquities of the place of the horrible old rooms stra old, not the lights that were functional and were not uncomfortable bed bath caliamo a veil ... I was the December 8 through trip organized, I said that in the evening we would be served dinner of Avento siiiiii forget appetizer an egg boiled open goal with 3 rocket leaves, a kind of cutlet with ham and cheese with fried potatoes and jam, the shocking thing and that is at the table were six we were served a plate with 4 tangerines and a plate of biscuits breakfast .. nothing special ..

Excellent accommodation and service, a little to be desired, a somewhat detached relationship with the customer, but overall a good experience. Right size rooms, well served and room facilities. Breakfast for those who want a good coffee or cappuccino is not the best but it is sufficiently organized, lunch and dinner by local standards, but well cooked and served.

Arrived at the hotel with organized coach there were not enough rooms I was diverted to another hotel. I answer here because I don't know how to respond under the owner's mess. It is not true that we were asked, but we were forced to transfer to another hotel. Of course the owner took us and took us back, I would like to see .... if you don't have enough rooms you don't have to take reservations or at least let us know before you leave don't tell us on arrival.

Food was good and adequate, the service was very friendly. Only the restaurant was already a bit worn and old. I can not say anything about the hotel.

Best dinner ever! Loved the garlic soup, the stuffed veal, the beef medallions and the potato things that I don't even know the name of! They looked like eggs rolls... so delicious. And the hotel itself was full of charm!

Is good👍😀 breakfast and dinner tastes great, the offer of the bar is however in need of improvement, quality rather than quantity. In the room you should check the TV (cable broken) times and the pipes from the bathroom squeak too extremely. But you have a beautiful view, nice staff and you can not complain. Price performance is good 😉

Very nice stay here. The food is just average but it is OK. Big advantage is large sauna house for free. That is very nice.

I stayed here with a colleague (Coach Drivers) and with a school from Surrey for skiing in the Zillertal valley from March 28th to April 3rd 2015. What a nice Hotel and very polite attentative staff. Food was very good, varied and plentiful, particularly for breakfast. Bedrooms, including the toilet and shower area were clean, although i did find the mattress a little hard for my liking. Daily maid service to ensure rooms remained clean and towel changes. I was also able to turn on the bedroom radiators when it became chilly some evenings. I am looking forward to staying here again, if not work related then definitely with my wife and children. Also very large free car parking area even for Coaches.
